This is a fend for yourself type of training. They mistook things like 'listen' for 'Lisbon.' It was very clear that we were not discussing Portugal. Choose the transcription rate which suits you best. Poor pay, overworked, poor quality audio. This job I would say is for those who have years of experience under their belt either in medical terminology and/or EHR documentation.
